| 31 January 2008 | Acceptances of Individual Abstracts sent by e-mail |
| 15 March 2008 | Last date for Early Registration at reduced rates |
| 11 April 2008 | Absolute deadline for submission of Extended Abstracts (max 4 pages) for inclusion in the Proceeding CD [all submissions will be acknowledged by e-mail] |
| 11 April 2008 | Absolute deadline for optional submission of updated or revised accepted 1-page abstracts for inclusion in the printed conference program |
| 29 April 2008 | Release of block of reserved rooms at the conference hotel, the Statler Hotel on the Cornell University campus |
