Venue
The Conference will be held in the excellent new facilities of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, directly adjacent to the College of Engineering. Specifically, the Statler Auditorium will be the site of the plenary sessions and one stream of technical sessions, and the remaining parallel technical sessions will be held in the adjoining new Beck Center. The atrium of the Beck Center and the lobby of the Statler Auditorium are both equipped with wireless communication and will be the sites of breaks and informal gatherings. Additional office and conference space will be available in other facilities of the Hotel School and the adjoining Statler Hotel.
Lunches will be served in the Ballroom of the adjoining Statler Hotel, while social events will take place at other sites on the Cornell University campus, all within easy walking distance of the Conference venue.
The Statler Hotel is the conference hotel, but other accommodations are available both on- and off-campus. Note that the block of rooms at the Statler being held at reduced rates for this conference will be released on 29 April 2008.
